hippy Dude in loads of red kit on a fixed (with a fixed mate it seemed) in Richmond Park tonight.
When were you there illy? I threw in a lap after the club run for good measure.. around 3.30-4pm

Me and Francis put in a couple of laps at about 4pm. For the second lap, we put the hammer down and did a minute at the front each all the way round, which was hard work against the wind. Good fun and I can feel it in my legs now.
