he gives her a dress allowance and they are'nt even married.Those signs with "community concern" on them come out this community policing and focus group malarkey. They tend to be stuffed with people with nothing better to do hence the attention on wasting police time :-) Course we could all go along the next one and stress our concern at the amount of double parking outside schools, lack of indicator use by school run people illegal use of hazard lights etc etc maybe we could get something likes this
