• MrSmith lol 'skidding', have a look on you tube and search for 'street bmx' or the trials stuff from the ryan leech dvd called manifesto. makes fixed tricks/riding look very lame.

Of course it does they are bike made for doing tricks. Hence they should be much better. A fixed wheel is meant to do tricks but you can do some tricks on it and it is fun. Most of the fixed wheels bikes riding around London are track bikes. They are not meant to be ridden on the road but they can be and it is fun. I have not herd anyone ever say that fixed gear trick are even in the same league as BMX of trail sticks. They are fun they do take skill. I am getting sick of this ridiculous argument that because there is BMX and trails bike which people do tricks on you should not do a completely different style of tricks on a track bike. I realize you personally have not said people should not bother doing these tricks but you are inferring that they are crap because BMX tricks are better putting them side by side. Comparing apples and oranges though.

I have herd this type of jealous argument before when MBT riders started riding street from BMXers. Same stuff "your tricks are crap"," your bike is not made for doing that", "oh you can only do that 10' drop because you have suspension" . It is not a competition between different types of riding respect each area of riding in it's own right.
