  • I bought one for my brother a similar (but not the same Knog) about a year ago, very pretty but utterly useless. Didn't sit right, lots of fiddly pockets and the main pocket is difficult to get into when you swing it round rather than take the bag off, if you know what I mean. It also got very grubby very quickly. A couple of months later I did it right and bought him a Timbuk2, not perfect, but for the money pretty near and a whole lot better than the Knog and IMHO the crumpler equivalent. Sorry to put a dampner on this, coz the Knogs do look very pretty, but I'd avoid and at £50.00 it may not be expensive, but it's hardly bargain of the year. For what it's worth, for cheap I'd recommend a post office bag, for sensibly priced a Timbuk2 and if you just want to do it right talk to Scott not Scot about an Archie Grobag or look at a Bagaboo. Just to make clear my preferences/bias, I currently use a Pac Design O/S deluxe and have an Archie Grobag on order.
