I was really slow today have had the best part of a fortnight off riding with clinical lazy-arse-itis, so you'll easily beat me.
Out on the lash, so tommorow is not good for me but next sunday might be cool for a mini race meet.

yep, he is insanely quick. didn't get anywhere in the track standing this year, too busy winning for england elsewhere.

Afraid I've been living in London for 20ish months.
Still I suppose I'm representing Brighton whenever I'm seen (In my head at least). Are any of you guys around on the 11th. We've got a social ride coming down from London so it seems sensible to see if we can arrange a hook up for lunch/beer etc.

I've been up that Albion Hill (fucking speedbumps don't help) on a 67" after riding down from London. I think I only made it cos I was desperate to get to my mate's place for some weed :)
-
• #85

I got done over going up coldean lane, I'm completely out of shape.
So what time the convoy due in town?

-
• #94
Any idea on a route? I've lots of time off over Chritmas so would be happy to come back to Brighton for a ride.
-
• #95
I'm out most weeks, over the beacon and then around the countrylanes. day time rides.
or messing about in town at night is always fun??
-
• #96
lots of routs to choose from, just depends on the weather! haha! yeah could get a few people together for a spin, actually put some names to faces/bikes!
also on a interesting and geek note, what ratios are people running?? depends on where you live in brighton i guess, but thought it would be interesting to see.
im currently on 46-17 which seems to be fair for all but the very windy days. -
• #97
I've run 48-16 for the past year and very few hills defeat me, saying that tho I might be moving to Southover St so maybe thats the time to change! Elvis and Kelvin have suggested we should all catch up before so I'm always around!
-
• #98
yeah a ride would be good. evening or weekend people??
i'm 42-16 as i'm a spinner and can't stand having to walk up hills!

might have been mate. i've got a grey/black saddle on the black single speed. or it's a black flite on the lurid orange/blue worthy.
got to pop down and see you guys soon. need the headset replacing on the singlespeed.
I think they said they might try and do some in 2008, it would be nice. this year the sessions I did with them covered pretty much everything you need to know though.
A certain mr yates even came down this year, you might have been there that night pip?
anyway kelvin, i'll give you a race early one sunday morning. need to get used to cold weather riding again :(
