    Whyteleafe Hill?
    It's long and draggy, and I think it's worse when you don't necessarily know how long it's going to go on for.

    It was probably the best for me. Managing to get to the top without having to stop gave me a real confidence boost for the rest of the day; knowing that I was finally going to be able to ride up hills.

    It's amazing that a litle change in technique and a few squats in the gym could make such a difference.
