Personally I think the duration depends more on the stops than the av. speed. It took ages in May cos we went a slightly funky route and stopped a lot.
MA3K's right, lots of food and water, cos the distance does catch up by the end.
@ Jonny, will ride the geared if necessary, but think I'm poss getting a kind fixed lend off dogsballs for this = happy!!!
