Soweto888 How d'you find the Timbuk2? My one's still at nipper at only six months, but the stitching on the inside is starting to come loose. I'm always fiddling with it on the move, too. Some days, I just can't get the bloody thing to stay in one place.
i have just swapped my chrome citizen for a timbukt2 size L. they're substantially cheaper, but i so far i dont have much to complain about, save the lack of a "quick release press button thing" on the strap, which i find i miss a bit.
it's big, and far less heavy than the chrome, which is nice.
also, i find the shape makes it easier to load more stuff in it as it it larger at the bottom. there are more pockets and i got it done custom with the colours i wanted too which is a nice touch. the way it hangs also makes it easier to swing the bag round for quick access while still carrying it on the shoulder.
however it feels less robust than the chrome, but for the price/ weight, i cant say this is a surprise. time will tell how well it will resist!
