Using Clipless pedals on fixed gear bikes

asm ah cleats my bad. the tension is on the absolute maximum. Might try buying new cleats tomorrow then as it is fucking me right off. Even though the tension is hellishly high, it doesnt take much/any effort to clip into them really...?

I have multi-release cleats and don't pull my feet.
Are you sure you've gone the right way with the tension screw? I only unclip when I'm sliding the back side to side skidding and my foot twists and once doing standing start with low tension on the track (duh!).
Oh yeah, these cleats were 5+ years old already.

I've heard of people having issues with non-genuine cleats.. you're not using Wellgo cleats or something are you?
