my work is in lombard street. lucky for me there's a carpark downstairs where i can store my bike. but loads of ok bikes locked around bank/monument stations and tiny side streets. incl a newish trek road bike which seems to survive the day chained outside bank station. once saw a specialized dolce there with the front wheel unlocked...and even that didnt get stolen.
maybe would be theives feel out of place with the no of suits passing through the place
