HED3 / HED 3 questions

You ask for information about those wheels.

This conversation is becoming very boring. :(

I think you need to concern yourself with what is happening in your world and not become overly exercised at what you feel is the correct way for me to decide what I should get to put my bike together.

For clarity, I asked Imoncrank to email me if he was interested in selling his front wheel to me, that is not the same as me actually buying it, it may be that I want to see if I can establish a good price or perhaps find out what kind of condition it is in and so on.

The fact is he did not sell it to me, nor did he email me, now if you wish to employ your time telling me off for reconsidering getting HED3s or thinking about other wheels or asking question about them, then go for it, enjoy yourself.

Which part of that sentence made you think he has a set? Poor logic on your part methinks.

Nothing ! Absolutely nothing about that sentance makes me think he has a set, you would seem to be struggling with this whole concept, so let me try and explain.

I was considering getting a set of wheels for the the new bike I am building. With me so far ?

I was thinking about a pair of HED3s. Imoncrank, mentioned he had a front for sale.

I was interested in looking at that wheel, I asked the fellow to email me if he was interested in selling it.

Now, I am no semantic detective by any standard, but what I can say is that no part of my conversation indicates that I only want to run a front HED3.

Anyhow enough of all this, we are just bickering here, I asked a simple question "Why are wheels like the Hed3 good for TT/triathlon but not used for general road racing ?" - if you wish to see this as me justifying buying some terrible bike wheels, by all means knock yourself out, enjoy it, but I won't waste any more time on this forum, I will look elsewhere for info, I am no fan of people staying up late just to hound others around internet forums.
