On my track bars [Freewheels are for cowards
and I've also got If it ain't fixed its broken the same as my T-Shirt :)
I remember seeing some T-Shirts at Herne Hill once that said Derrailleurs are for failures but I've never seen them since, they were similar to the 'I'm not fat I'm a sprinter' T-shirts that Trackcycling used to do.
