The charge looks like it comes with some fairly fat tyres. Probably 700x25 or 27 c. You could try just getting some 700x23c tyres. schwalbe blizzard sports are pretty good and come in a variety of colours. Thing is I'm not sure what the wheel width is on the charge, dunno how much of an issue this would be when fitting slimmer tyres.
