Agreed...you'll likely struggle to find a brake anyway...clearances will be too tight!

-
• #13

jos has a few nice chrome drilled 700 forks lying around at his place. didn't ask how much though, wouldn't be expensive though.
-
• #15
chrome?
might make some sense.
Will chat, cheers. -
• #16
Sorry about the quality.
To add to it- i begged, and bought some cheap stuff in japan too:Shimano 50T chainring and crankset.
White keirin saddle (free)
seatpost
mismatched hubs ( one black, one gold).
nitto stem
It is going to be pretty when i build it, and vaguely cheap (around 300, maybe less)- have splashed out in some areas
And is called 'Chloe' in case you are wondering. -

around the same as the frame- from njsframes.blogspot.com says it comes with most things......
it is my biggest expenditure- and hopefully will remain that way.
It is to keep my dad happy.
I'd ask jos about that fork- prob cheaper in the long run -
• #23
really nice.

htay
I'd ask jos about that fork- prob cheaper in the long runnot an option. she spent a lot of money on the frame and wants to use the original forks, which i can understand. be sure to post up photos when she is fully built. all the best

she or he, i'm confused now!? sorry htay, never met you.
My new (but not new if you know what i mean) bike is a baby blue Bridgestone keirin all the way from the boys in Kalavinka in Tokyo,
cost to me £45!
Will show pics when i wake up from immense jet lag.
I need to know where i can get one of those clamp brake things- or should i just drill it?
