i'm up for a meet somewhere east, i was thinking maybe in victoria park, which happens to be a hub, but maybe a bit before the official meet, because to be honest, i can't abide riding around london with a peloton full of mongs on revolting bicycles.

Hmm, I might will be boozing the night before, so will probably head down later, about midday. Prob best to catch up with people throughout the day or at polo later.

"*HELP! MY REGISTRATION PACK HASN'T ARRIVED YET

Our sincere apologies for the delay in your pack arriving, the larger than expected numbers registering and the fact customs took an unusual interest in our bike bells has meant some packs have been posted later than we had planned.

All packs have now been posted - the final few were posted at 8.30am this morning (Friday Sept 21st) by 1st class mail.

If for some reason your packs does not turn up on Saturday morning then please print of the email confirmation of your entry and bring to your nearest hub information point in exchange for a bib.*

I looked at the FAQ today.

Anyone can join the ride; it's a public highway. They just say that too many people will ruin the enjoyment of those who have registered.

Personally, I think lots of people who've registered will drop out. Join in, that's what I say. A whole heap of bikes might make people notice the numbers more.

I'm going full on Fakenger and sticking LFGSS spoke cards in my back wheel for handing out.
