Encouraging words like "your body is so nice, don't be shy", some sassy music ('You can leave your hat on' always works), dimmed lighting and a little champagne to ease the nerves..
Once stripped, and ready to prime, I would start talking dirty, suggesting some 'fun' activities, more champagne, a little playful fondling, some kissing.
Then.. Paint it! Paint it baby! WOO HOO! YEAH YEAH! COME ON! OOOH YEAH BABY!!!
