While that would be good fun, I think you need to follow him home so you know where he lives then catch him in the act and tell him where he lives e.t.c. Find out his name before hand as well.
Ok do like the police did one time put a fake ad in a paper saying they where a production company and filming for a t.v show, watch the people turn up and lure them in to some dastidly trap. do some thing like take all valubles off of them and dump them in the middle of a Glasgow estate wearing england shirts.
