I think he has got some kind of straight bar there...is that grey bit an arm rest or some kind of grip at the end of a straight bar? The RTTC have a minimum bar width regulation (20cm I think) and he's got a number on his back, so they wouldn'ta let him start without "bars"....LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT CHAINRING!
