It's also nuts as Bill says. She was probably in shock and that's why she was still thinking about her job and the parcel. I'm surprised the ambulance folk let her do it. It's impressive, but only in the way that a hero at a hold-up is impressive, it's also slightly silly. The safety and care of the cyclist down is way above every other thought or action, I can't imagine anyone who's ever been a cyclist, let alone a courier themselves, would ever put anything other than the cyclist first... except possibly the bike.
