yeah I am but lack of room / money for another bike plus living in London makes it unlikely. I have a nice old lugged clude buttler mbt bike back at a my fokes though with horizontal dropouts that with some midge bars would make a nice fixed offroad bike. where about in Scotland do you live?

1bhp: How does that bike stay there? Is it made from a substance lighter than air? It's just hovering.. that's so cool! No-handed, no-footed, no arsed trackstand!

pritty impossible to find the balance in the uk. Went to Scotland last year camping with my girlfriend (she went to uni in St Andrews) had not been sice I was 15 and wish I had a bike with me, may go up again later this summer with her again to see her mates this year, if so a bike will be draged along somehow. Don't think I could live there, I could not handle the dark in winter, tis bad enough down here let along take off half and hour at the end of each day.

That's real nice Jakob. It's looks really tough with the black frame bringing out the straight forks, CXP30s and Sugino 75s.

• #387
Jakob, what stem is that?
-

It's a 3TT Mutant. The only place I could find the quill version (having seen it on FGG), was from xxcycles.com, but it was reasonably priced and delivery was quicker than most UK mailorder companies!

with risers on and the straight fork it would be perfect for barspins

Anyone here own the white Pearson, wears blue Pearson knicks, riding east from west London?
Who has the black frame with the large 08 on the down tube (I think)? What frame is it?

Awesome. Love the sticker on your fork.
Did anyone head to the design museum on Sunday? The talk was ace. Also they were doing some film and collaring everyone to talk about their bike and cycling.

Yup. And a noble unicorn as well.
-
• #398
hey bareknuckle owners,
don't they have dedicated frame numbers?
mine only has EA (for euro asia) and 56 (cos it's a 56) stamped on the bottom of the BB shell, can't find anything else on it.
could get the feds to stamp it when they have their van-what-does-stampin-for-free thing about, which is never.

jefefelipe: Was your bike parked in Kensington on Uxbridge road tonight? Spotted a blue jobbie with bullhorns as well as passing a bunch of couriers. I think fixies and singlespeeds now outnumber Bromptons!! ;)
