I used to work in the building 'Jacks place' (which kind of overlooks where the beach used to be, and is behind tescos on commercial street) and a guy got his bike nicked from the stairwell on the 5th floor..
someone just wandered into the building.. there was a security guard and everything... tag lock doors etc... but someone gained access somehow, wandered up the stairwell to the fifth floor, grabbed a bike, and wandered down and out with it..
