I started out on a Paddy Wagon, and it's a pretty nice bike.
Main complaints about it tend to be that it's a bit heavy and the paint comes off the rims if you use the brakes. If you're going to run it fixed take off the back brake before you ride it first!
That said the hubs are Formula and the wheels are tough enough even for my lardy bulk on the mean streets of Sarf Landan.
Finishing kit is nicer than the Ridgeback/Genesis.
The Lemond wasn't available when I bought mine, but it looks pretty tasty and the boys at Brixton rate it.
