eeehhhh a bit of googling and i have found... apparently the use of a royal mail bag by someone who is not employed by the Royal Mail is illegal apparently the use of a royal mail bag to do anything except deliver mail is illegal I haven't found that from an "official source". Just googling and a 2/3 sites have said that. well i've bought it before dawn(not really) so it's legal even if it's stolen (thank you very much unwritten post medieval English constitution) and since now it's my property i can do whaterver the hell i want to do with it.
