'Vintage' Ikea via eBay? There seems to be a lot of options via DBA that aren't in the UK but presumably will turn up at some point. I have two floor lamps I bought cheaply, one British made 50s wooden standard lamp and a 1980s Arteluce Club lamp that I bought missing the defuser for significantly less than they appear to be sold for now. Nicely designed, good looking larger lamps are definitely out there for not a lot of money, but you may have to do some trawling/minor repairs.

Can we have some alternatives to that Anglepoise at more like 5-10% of budget please? Need a nice floor lamp for our extension.
