Anyone interested in this Hatsukokoro Bunka? I’ve seen another bunka with different shape and slightly longer blade I’d like to try out, so need to shift this one that it will be replacing.
Aogami Blue Paper 2 steel.
Kurouchi finish.
165mm blade.
Just sharpened with Horl Ceramic > Fine > Extra Fine > Strop.
Have also polished it with rust removal paste.
Oiled with Camilla oil.
I bought it from Kitchen Provisions for £140 in July.
