  • I've never got people who put their seatbelt on either as they're pulling away, or shortly after.

  • Not as fast as those driving off after getting in someone else’s car.

  • A mate used to do this. We'd come out of the pub after 5-a-side (he was never over the limit) and the car door would shut and 0.3 seconds later the engine had started and he was pulling away. No idea how he did as I was always cycling so never got a lift with him.

    I'm like Mr Magoo when I get in a car, have to faff with seat position, mirror positions, seatbelt, check the fuel, etc. There's a good minute between the door closing and me pulling away.

  • I've never got how quickly some people manage to drive off after getting in their car, but maybe this is why.

    Virtually all these people have never imagined the distribution of oil in their engine
