The TR Train Now feature was great for this so you didn't have to follow a plan and could just say what type of session you wanted and for how long

Yes - that had been introduced when I last used it. Seemed to be quite joined up in terms of reading CTL data from TP etc.

Confident I’m never going back to all that nonsense. I don’t even have a head unit when I ride outside these days.
