Sure there’s some sort of phone emulator for PC but sounds like a faff.
Turbo training needs to be as fuss free as possible so there’s no barrier to jumping on for half an hour.
This. TR is pretty slick. I like the planning stuff (when I'm actually using it) and the ad hoc stuff and I know it works for me.
The TR Train Now feature was great for this so you didn't have to follow a plan and could just say what type of session you wanted and for how long
