I’ve got a Rouvy code but it nearly made me smash my laptop in frustration.

Rouvy is indeed a massive PITA. EVERY TIME there's an app update you have to login from scratch again being just one frustration. That said, I persevere as at least looking at some nice scenery in the sunshine cheers me up as I suffer in the depths of winter.
