Hollaway Studio’s plans to create a new headquarters and factory for Brompton Bikes on a 100-acre wetlands site near Ashford in Kent have been put on hold after the bicycle manufacturer saw profit last year virtually wiped out.

That’s quite the factory for a company making such a niche product?
Of course a Brompton might be the problem solver for commuting, but the market must be quite limited still?

£100 million for that factory seems like great value
