Are there signs to look for as one of mine is very fluffy and regularly coughs up furballs and and afraid of this happening and missing it.

Aside from not shitting (which we couldn't tell since he's one of three outdoor cats), Fwuff just started acting like he was crook, then really crook. Ultimately he was in that tucked pose crouched down on all fours, except with one side of his face on the floor, never seen that before.
Now he has a hairdresser and a regular dose of Laxapet.

Been there. Never seen such a sorry puss, the poor bastard... Wish the vets had figured it out sooner. And the cost! Took us from doing okay to tenuous in one hit.
