How much heat does red lock tight need to undo?
I want to put a thread in this hole, but there's not enough meat to thead and don't have a rivnut tool. So I wanted to use a bolt with an internal thread a la
... but I don't want the bolt coming undone, so red thread lock seems sensible. But if I fuck it up or want to remove it, I don't want to be blowtorching that area.
My other thought now I have a drill press is to use a regular bolt and split rings to remove the storage box.
