Polestar ownership experience so far…
Driving - 9/10 - comfy, quiet, fast etc
Range - 6/10 - well under estimated range and only just better than my model y despite a 35 kWh bigger battery
Support - 1/10 - it arrived with an issue with the front camera (clearly didn’t bother with a PDI). No cruise control, matrix headlights, speed limit warnings, lane keep assist or emergency braking. Have spent since the 23rd just trying to get someone to help. Finally got the right people yesterday and it was collected just now. No idea when I’ll get it back.
