I literally just looked at this photo yesterday when I was doing some photo management. Nice.

fun times alright.
i'm amazed how far the bike polo scene has come since my first forum game at brick lane, the days of golf clubs and home made wooden mallets with broom stick handles. not that we started it but glad to be part of the resurgence that has happened over the last decade or so.world champs with teams traveling to new zealand and australia (?) to play are a far cry from the sunny sunday afternoons hanging out, chilling and playing a bit of polo on brick lane.

Bike polo almost ruined my life. Phew, that was a lucky escape!
I've caught up with the Brisbane kids recently (can't believe it was in July, time flies!), they struggle to play once a month these days. Great to see them tho'.

New polo courts in Birmingham! We worked with the council in their redesign and now we have two perfect courts, regulation sizes and markings. So grippy and smooth!

What a small court, and always hopping over that little white barrier must be a pain, as must falling off the edge.

Bike Polo Olympics? ;)
I remember seeing a post showing Yorgo playing on that very court just the other day.
I suppose that because of the pyramid the picture could be interpreted as the inauguration of the grave of the Unknown Polo Player.
