I remembered reading so and can sympathise about neighbours being annoying cunts.
I imagine you'd post another update if they decided to take down your fence to claim your garden and drive as theirs. Then try to charge you for using your drive.

Iâm sure youâre a nice person so nothing personal but I (and others) donât care
-
• #104
This place is going to be wild if we all go around posting this in threads we don't particularly care about

Hammer frozen car into their car?

After seeing theres more to this saga than the couple showed, maybe John is wracked with donators remorse.

@user69121 I can kind of* get behind your posting of this as youâve now explained that itâs a local issue for you and affecting your ability to do some rides. I was interested by the your other thread about the infilling of bridges and feel that thatâs an issue that a lot of us could get behind.
*I do think that the you come across a bit âfanaticalâ in this thread and the use of âOutsidersâ in reference to the home owners in the op is somewhat troubling.
The arrival of @Altnabreac-uncovered who seems to be much removed from the issue and under the impression we owe them some attention/interest certainly hasnât increased my sympathy.

I'm an outsider myself, moving up here with the military in the 90s and staying.
To some locals, your always going to be an outsider. Kicking off with all the neighbours is unlikely to endear you to them.
Whilst the couple have the gofundme up and posting a one sided story on their monetised chanel, to fund the mess they have created, yes I will be a bit fanatical.

Gone in 60 Seconds now renamed as Uncovered, like many others quickly became blocked on the original channel. So they uploaded a post of their own and this evolved into a place where anyone could post their thoughs and facts. Without the comments being deleted or the poster being banned.
A place where the full story and facts have been shown. As an audit style channel, his first post was tagging all the auditors to see the actions of network rail against the poor couple

The lack of involvement of their conveyancer as either principal witnesses in the litigation or as the respondents in a negligence case by these people really does suggest that this is going nowhere. Could end up very expensive if they lose and get hammered for costs

Altnabreac_uncovered was Gone in 60 seconds on here or on YouTube or
I thought they were against the âoutsidersâ but that video looks(Iâm not actually going to watch any of the videos linked in this thread because i donât care enough to give anyone the views) like itâs in support of them?
Is @Altnabreac-uncovered actually your alter ego?

Hello, I have been watching the thread on the forum, and I have to say, for what it is worth, I take great exception to to style and content of your recent comments. If you have no time for the Altnabreac issues, then just say nothing, and keep your thoughts to yourself. Thanks!
-
• #114
You must be new here.
-
• #115
They do have time, clearly as they are taking time to respond. Just because their opinion is not in alignment with yours doesnât mean they shouldnât make their own thoughts public.
-
• #116
Hello, yes I am new on here - I did not say anything about their opinion - which is their business entirely, I said that I take exception to the style and content of their comments. There is a big difference, which I will explain if you think it would help. Thanks.
-
• #117
The content is their thoughts, and many of us here adopt the style of utterly cunty as our default mode.
I think they have been perfectly polite.
But please explain further.

I have no idea as to the opinion of the contributor in respect of the Altnabreac issues, as it is conspicuous by itâs absence, but I may have missed something. I do consider that the following can be described as being âperfectly politeâ - ââŚWho the fuck are they? Cunts that live in Scotchland I spose?âŚâ, at least in my books anyway. Thanks again.
-
• #119
You need to unbunch your knickers.
They were replying mockingly to someone who had used the term âthe Scotchâ.

Hello - sorry - cunty usually means: Rude, disrespectful, overly aggressive behavior.
All meanings: đ (vulgar, of a person) Highly objectionable đ (vulgar) Resembling or characteristic of the female genitalia. If so, I wonât be hanging around for long I am afraid, as I have Altnabreac issues, of which I have an opinion, to consider and address. Thanks.

Your not the first person to raise the same points and reach the same conclusion.
@M_V Gone in sixty seconds was a YT channel/user name. More recently renamed to uncovered.
I post on YT independently as @neil18201.There's quite a lot of people whom initially supported the couple in principle and tried to help. But unearthed more questions and evidence proving most of the mess is self inflicted.
Several people think it's all a scam, trying to con people and ransom the affected companies.
I think the couple originally had a valid dispute over the boundary they they purchased. A dispute which should have been taken up by their original solicitor with the land registry. However it seems any legal checks and advice may have been the bare minimum to do the transfer and give little come back. Now its far too late

Hello Neil - fancy meeting you here! Your last post is spot on, I just wish that some of the other contributors on this forum were both as polite and astute as you appear to be. Thanks!
-
• #123
Hello Neil - again- although what you have written is spot on, the matters have gone far past that point by now. We are looking at a couple who have had historic Court cases deferred/dismissed, on-going Court cases having to be re-convened, a case currently sisted in the highest civil Court in Scotland - the Court of Session. I could go on, but I hope that I can rely on you to share with other forum members why a Scottish railway station had to be shut, and remains so as we speak. Thanks.
-
• #124
Hmmm. Seems a bit necky of them to skimp on the legals and then go crying for crowd funding to bail them out.
-
• #125
Hello EcuriePeril - I agree! There is however, a lot more to the story than you are probably aware of - and I do not mean that in any derogatory way at all. Just go on to YouTube and search Altnabreac Station Access Dispute. Take it from there, if you are interested and have the time - thanks!
