hope you are well. I’ve discovered the famous Northern Vietnam snack here in Hanoi from Cửa Hàng Chả Rươi Hưng Thịnh which has the famous Sand worm pancake..
And it reminded me of that delicious Hamburguesas from El Corral, I think it’s called Criolla. Not sure if this is still an urban myth beef (and worm?) patty hope it is true, still the best on the planet
seven years on I can still taste it..
