I was hoping to do this. And I’m no longer under 40. Was thinking of drinking sparingly during GSIAD, I’m no longer a heavy drinker and wouldn’t need to have an alcoholic beverage at every stop, and if it did finish out west then the bridges ride would bring me back to the party where I could drink a little more alcohol.
Timing issue might be that the bridges ride starts TOO EARLY seeing as they usually started at what 9 or 10, to avoid the traffic. So in the bridges linking to GSIAD, you’d probably be starting what 6 or 7 ish.
In any case I’m easy with whichever way it’s proposed just thought it was worth asking. May want to discuss with @jonny whose taking on organising GSIAD, and has anyone put themselves forward to shepherd the bridges ride?
Who here is below the age of 40 and has the knees and alcohol tolerance for that?!
I think "a couple of people" are being ambitious and no longer reflect the majority 🤣
