• Ha yeah I am familiar with that build, the main reason for me to go to use DBW is to get the throttle blip for future proofing if I end up being able to afford a sequential at some point (unlikely but still)

    I don’t know what the deal with TPS sensors is, the number of times I’ve had issues and we’ve swapped the TPS and it’s sorted it is unreal

  • Funniest part of the car was the compressor for the paddle shift making a fucking racket. Be out on track in it and hear a noise and it's just the air compressor doing bits

  • Yeah I once co-drove in a Polo WRC “proto” class car which had Evo running gear and pneumatic paddle shift which made all manor of daft noises even just getting it on the trailer
