It's original, in the sense that they don't differ much.
The site only shows the ones they still own.

Sure is an odd mix of old and new (ish) frame features. Forks don't match and doubt if the decals are correct. I don't recognise it as a Condor from my era
Mercian made frames with extended lugs but nothing Mercian springs to mind.
