Massive induction convert. I think the only thing I miss is wok cooking on an induction need to invest in a proper outdoor rig a la @dbr to up my wok hey game

I thought wok cooking would work well with the high heat from induction?

My smaller flat-bottom wok does work well on induction

You just have to get used to a different technique because obviously if you’re moving the pan a lot you either lose heat or scratch the hob
