You mean another 35? Even with the current Kenda 35s and the SKS mudguards there’s still a bit of rubbing. It’s very tight. I’ll try the 38mm Vredestein Aventura (none of the reviews I read had anything bad to say about them), and then some new guards to fit them. Agree that it’ll be nice to see the difference with how they feel. I’ll try the Kendas until the Vredesteins arrive.
That makes more sense.
I'd still find another tyre though. There is plenty of choice out there at the moment. As long as you get something decent you'll never know what the difference would have been.
That way you don't even have to mess about with adjusting the existing mudguards.
