With the price of shot and powder these days I wouldn’t be surprised if people started making gunfingers and going ‘bang’.

Or ‘pang’ if they’re of the German persuasion.

I recall the Irish Army having to do this for its training exercises back in the 80s due to shortages. Which, y'know, could have been fun.
