haha, I had no idea that came from you,, all are obvious now I've been told - [tot up the job list for the ladder a good triple 30' ~£350 can be stored outside]

I feel the responsible reminder to say here is if you keep a ladder down the side of your house, make sure it’s locked to something solid with a big chain. Otherwise you’re going to come home one day to find some fucker has used it to break into your house.
