It's peculiar that there isn't something like a car that hasn't moved for however long, the reservoir is pretty remote. Feels very dodgy.

When I read the article, part of me wondered how he got there and that people had found his clothes/keys and nicked them. The police are appealing to see if anyone noticed any things left around for the last 8 weeks.
