it is more than all of the inner london climbs ! so yep, definitly over the treshold in all aspects.

I have cane creek drop levers, 40cm bars, 110 stem, but in modern 31.8mm. maybe you have an adapter ?

I'll let you know about the bars and stuff, if I can get a set for 1" quill I'll go for that as style points ALWAYS count

i am not in a postion to argue my case with only my poor mileage of the year to show.
and the announced line-up of young whippets does not help.
