You know when you have something new and clean and you don't want to get the first dirt on it?
I'm like that with everything. It's why I buy new kit and then don't wear it until the old stuff is basically hanging off me in threads and by this stage I need different kit again because the newer kit has died in the cupboard or something.
Even with mudguards on the Crux, I'm loathe to debut it this weekend given the shit I rode through last weekend.
