Unlucky, if you emailed Bedrock they might be able to give you measurements for the size difference between the 11 and 12.

Or it’s a good excuse to go for a weekend ride in the New Forest once The Woods get a resupply.

They were very close to fitting but at the price I want them to be perfect.

I don't know if they ship to Scotland (and are you looking for vegan options?), but I have loved the fit and repairability of my Duckfeet
Sounds like you could be in the market for Mols or Lolland. IME they fit true to european size, but take some breaking in.
