  • The ESPN/Manning productions take over begins.

I’d expect to see the three back together on oof those two by season time.

  • New show for hanzus and sessler

    From the athletic:

Dan Hanzus and Marc Sessler are starting their own podcast following their exit from NFL Network, where they led its popular “Around the NFL” podcast for more than a decade, sources briefed on the move said.

The new pod, “Heed the Call,” will debut on Aug. 12. During the regular season, it will air five times a week, including Sunday nights. In the preseason, it will air three times a week.

“Heed the Call” will be produced by Underdog Fantasy. Underdog recently made a big splash by hiring Bill Belichick to do a weekly football show. It also has former NBA player Gilbert Arenas’ podcast.

Hanzus and Sessler are expected to do a show similar to “Around The NFL,” featuring many of its former show’s regular guests.

  • Terrific news, and good name.

Odds on Rosenthal ditching NFL? Low I imagine as he has his own one now.

Hope some legacy people get involved.

  • Nick Foles retires. What a roller coaster of a career.

  • Wtf!? Absolutely insane athleticism.

  • Very weird, I’m sure there’s a marketing angle somewhere but I can’t see it.

Toegate was a great start to the season.

  • It’s all the teams, innit.

    Pirates
    Beats
    Giants
    Lions
    Cardinals
    Etc etc

  • lol, it’s been a long day in the sun…

  • I did get that, but still weird..

    Bears
    Giants
    Buccaneers
    Cowboys
    Cardinals
    Rams
    Lions
    Falcons
    Vikings
    Panthers
    Seahawks

because there are a bunch of teams not included..

  • I have found a treasure trove of highlights of every '85 Bears game on YouTube and am binge watching it.

Ah the good old days when QBs were an endangered species not a protected one, a tackle virtually removing a head wasn't commented on and a flag involved tackling someone through the sideline and hurling them over a bench. Refrigerators roamed the Earth and the Bears were virtually unbeatable (damn you Marino, the only famous person who shares my date of birth).

Maybe this year, but disappointment springs eternal for a a Bears fan.

  • @Colin_the_Bald

Legendary Bears team of ‘85 and that 46 Defense.. also this

Walter Payton had 324 carries for 1,551 yards and scored 11 touchdowns in 16 games in 1985. He was selected to play in his eighth Pro Bowl, and won his first championship.

My heart is still with the Bengals, the Icky Woods Shuffle, and Dan Ross, also the hurt of losing super bowl XXII to awesome Joe Montana and the 49ers

still a great season for the Bengals

  • It's good to be back.....

  • That catch by Collins....and Mixon, all day.... Colts lose. Titans lose. Jags lose.

  • This steelers team is infuriating to watch

  • That they are. That offense has just been dysfunctional for 5 years? 6 years?

  • These Broncos uniforms are awful. Like some weird mashup of the Browns colours, some shape inspired by the Chargers shoulder Bolt, but against a 95% white field. They look like a minimalist Boise State. Or some other college team.

  • Longer. Our last playoff win was in 2017 where…. Boswell went 6/6 on fgs as our only points

  • I wouldn't like to pick up the bill when Caleb takes the entire defense out to dinner.

  • Outfits of the week have to be the Seahawks throwbacks 🔥

  • Agreed! I kept expecting to see Cortez Kennedy on the D line.

  • Also. Josh Allen will get himself killed if he has to play hurdle-hero ball all year.

  • Lions getting it done in OT! With Jameson Williams finally (small sample size alert!) looking like an high impact first round receiver.
