Demi-mixte, non?
Google image search on demi-mixte brings up a load of full mixte frames and this one weird Motobecane where the lateral tube splits part way between head tube and seat tube. Semi-mixte does better

Germans call it "Anglais", but
What French call "cadre anglais" is when the two tubes are parallel.

My goodness. So beautiful. Which model? You'd think everyone would want a replica.

I agree! It's a Supercorsa pista from the 70's. They did/ do replica's but with fugly chromed lugs and not this epic paintjob

Rims with no depth at all complement it very nicely. It would be fun to make a weight weenie version with modern materials.
Having just looked at pics of modern ones, they just don't look special without the old time bars. Which would be impossible for an old git like me to reach. Oh well.

That paint job is pretty rad.
But wait... Is that one of these horrible things?

Nope, more integrated than that, maybe Campagnolo or ttt?

Phew.
Still, it's a pretty shit-looking integrated post if it can be mistaken for a plain one with a knuckle

It may be a Unicantor seat post, Cinelli used on some bikes.
The paint is 1960s style.
kjlem - the old ones had chrome lugs. -

when will Trek do a USPS Madone?

When memories fade. It would have to be an ebike to mimic the USPS experience.

Nice enough, but points deducted for bar angle, ugly seatpin and complete and utter lack of pedals. Unridden wallpiece.
Quite right. I've edited the post and sacked myself.
