I think this was the last 'proper' bag I made as I had already moved back to London at this point and had to go back to Leicester two consecutive weekends to sew it as my workshop was still there.

It was that time I was working in King's X and you came to meet me a couple of times at my workplace then and I think I collected this bag from you when you were waiting to collect some passports somewhere.
I am sorry to see this go, but equally a courier bag should belong to someone who will use it.

Yup, you took a photo of the new bag next to the old bag on the bench on the corner of Gt Smith St and Victoria St. 😁

Pics are up. I do understand dibs are impotant here, but seeing the timing of everyone's posts being so close and I did post very late last night so not fair for those who need to get up early and some DMs. If it's OK, if anyone can collect from London tomorrow - King's Cross late morning or late afternoon till evening or Herne Hill at a specific time in the afternoon (I am at the dentist if you must know).
AND
If anyone wants to buy Scott a nice meal and some drinks by offering more than £350, I will sell it to that person. If you can collect tomorrow, every penny over £350 will go to Scott.
I hope I am being fair.

Possibly the best bag ever made by man? Hope anyone who’s got 350 for a bag has got 400 for a bag and half a bag and two pints

Im in Glasgow so would need it posted. I could go £375 + Post as I think Scott does a fantastic job and Id love to see BRP out there in the wild and him doing well with it.

This is a microcosm of the UK property market. Maybe you should rent the bag out to 4 forumengers instead.

Is Scott veggie/vegan? Quite happily share a vhapple market Indian with him?

I think it’s the bag most of us on here would have liked of Scott’s

Was this sold in the end?

Agree. I've also lived in smaller flats than this bag.

Both at the same time or they take turn?

If we're following the analogy they'll all have to use it at the same time and pay you so much for the privilege that they can't afford to ever buy their own bag.

I’ll leave @konastab01 to decide on the arrangements.
-
• #22
If this is available I’d gladly pay $650+ship to the USA

For full transparency, the bag is sold to @konastab01. He paid £375+postage with the intention to give £25 to Scott, but Scott has not replied to my message so I have since returned £25 to @konastab01

Yeah it was a pleasure to do deal with extra, and sadly the bag won't be for sale again.
What the title says. The long story is this:
@Black_Rainbow_Project made me one about 8-9 years ago, then he borrowed it for some jobs a couple of years later, he then very kindly made me a brand new one in return in around 2018. Admittedly, I have never used this one as my shoulders haven't liked courier bags for a long time. Depends what sort of bags Scott has made in the last few years, this one was a "new" design, as the whole flap is made of anti slip material instead of fabric, so the colour won't fade. I remember there are some other imporvements too, but I can't explain.
If Scott remember me and this bag, he might be able to explain better. Pics to follow in the morning.
Since it's brand new, I'd like £350, which I think it's how much I paid.
If you want to make me an offer over £350, I will split the extra with Scott 50/50.
I don't live in London anymore, so might need posting or I am happy to go down to London or up, up to Birmingham. Postage not included, cost for train ticket depends on where and when.
